Dear COMTO North Texas Members, Partners, and Friends,

As we enter November, I am reminded of the tremendous impact that transportation has on the daily lives of the communities we serve. Every roadway, transit system, airport, rail line, and mobility solution connects people to jobs, education, healthcare, and opportunities. Transportation is more than moving people and goods. It is the foundation of economic vitality, community development, and regional growth.

This month, we proudly celebrate COMTO Week, November 2-6, a time to recognize the legacy of COMTO and the dedicated professionals who are advancing equity, innovation, and excellence throughout the transportation industry. COMTO Week provides an opportunity to reflect on our organization's mission while celebrating the diverse leaders, public agencies, private-sector partners, and emerging professionals who are shaping the future of transportation.

As transportation continues to evolve through technology, sustainability initiatives, and changing mobility needs, COMTO remains committed to ensuring that opportunities within our industry are accessible to all. Together, we are building a stronger transportation workforce, creating pathways for future leaders, and fostering partnerships that improve the quality of life throughout North Texas and beyond.

During this season of thanksgiving, I encourage each of you to take pride in the important work you do every day. Whether you are planning infrastructure, delivering transit services, supporting aviation, engineering solutions, or providing professional services, your contributions help keep our communities connected and our economy moving forward.

Thank you for your continued support of COMTO North Texas and for your commitment to advancing transportation excellence. I wish you and your families a wonderful November and a meaningful COMTO Week celebration.

Moving Transportation Forward Together.
